Given the protracted silence of the Junta to our many queries, we believe that the time is right to explore the historical workings of the Junta which have disadvantaged the Home Owners. We will be releasing a number of CASE STUDIES, in no particular order, which will provide an opportunity to reflect on events that have taken place.
The first of these is CASE STUDY 005 ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE 2020, dated 15 May 2020. This details how Home Owners have been positioned to take on a purchase of an electrical transformer from Endesa for € 276,580.00 in 2020.

The 2nd of these is CASE STUDY 003 ARCH TRANSFORMER UPGRADE 2017, dated 21 May 2020. This details how Home Owners were positioned to pay for the upgrade of the ARCH transformer at a cost of €24,887.40 in 2017. It was notable that the Developers paid zero towards this but managed to connect several new properties to the supply as part of the work.

The 3rd Case Study is CASE STUDY 009 : SHOULD WE FEAR THE LEGAL STATUTES?, dated 25 May 2020. This details how Homeowners have little to fear by abiding by the law. However, it means that the Developers will have to start paying their bills the way we all do.

The 5th Case Study is : ADDITIONAL WATER DEPOSIT 001 - 2012 which sets out how an additional water deposit infrastructure was fully funded by the Homeowners in order to ‘improve water quality’. There was no improvement in water quality. Treasurer awarded himself the contract.

Amongst other things, this Case Study describes how the Treasurer paid a single company €82,575.13 to a single company in 2019. The description on two of the invoices shows only "Payment due from the Junta de Compensacion". As usual, the Treasurer has ignored our request for specific details of the transactions.
