The 2019 Annual General Meeting was called only 8 days prior to the meeting date. Many Home-Owners were not informed. The Accounts were accompanied by a forecast \ cashflow statement committing Home-Owners (not Developer Land-owners) to an expenditure of € 198,000 (plus interest) on electrical transformer infrastructure. Infrastructure costs should not be solely borne by the Home-Owners.
This was voted in by the Developer Land-owners at the AGM using their vast majority of voting rights.
It was then decided that the 2018 Junta Accounts deserved some closer scrutiny. The following questions were put to the Junta:

The Junta Secretary (John Bailey) indicated that they required a Spanish translation to be provided and we responded, indicating that the Treasurer responsible for the Accounts was fully bilingual and had worked with the accounts for over 25 years. He should therefore have no difficulty in understanding the questions so a Spanish translation was not necessary.
Subsequently, the questions were translated into Spanish and re-submitted. The Junta Board failed to respond.
The questions were then submitted via the Town Hall. The Junta Board failed to respond.
This confirms to us that there is a huge problem with the management of the Junta de Compensacion.
