CASE STUDY 004 “Let’s Talk about FOLs” examines:
The CASE STUDY is useful as it will help Homeowners to understand the history of the Cabrera Poligono 1 development and enable us to develop an informed view on the direction in which our Junta has taken us.
We have endeavoured to be as accurate as possible. As always, we invite input from the Junta and would welcome responses to the questions we have raised from our Minority Delegado, Mr Bob Hall.
In particular, we are waiting for responses to questions raised on the FY18 accounts (6 January 2020) and information as to why our money is being spent on Legal activity appealing a Court Judgement which is clearly to the benefit of the Home Owners.
